FTS Series: Lubricants for Hot and Warm Forging Applications
The higher the mold temperature, the more excellent lubrication performance is exhibited. It has excellent film followability and can handle high temperatures.
The "FTS Series" is a concentrated application release agent that utilizes the "high adhesion" developed with the "WFR Series," designed for warm and hot forging applications at mold temperatures above 200°C. Unlike water-soluble lubricants, which require a larger amount of application, this concentrated lubricant can be applied in small quantities, allowing for compression without lowering the mold temperature or the material temperature, enabling processing at low pressure and low load.
